New Moon in Pisces - The Final Surrender: What you can't Take with You

In two days, Mercury in Pisces will conjunct the North Node in Pisces, just as Mercury Retrograde stations direct. Given how accelerated both time and energy have become, it is essential to recognize what is being asked of you in this moment.

This unique set of energies is opening us up to a new level of conscious communication with Spirit that allows for very pure and clear Higher Self/Galactic/Angelic transmissions to guide you into your next chapter.  

As the Sun, Moon, Mercury and Mars continue to move through Pisces, we are reminded that we are being asked by the Universe to learn how to be guided by energy, to honor what feels right rather than by the monkey mind.  In other words, trust what you are feeling rather than going down the mental rabbit hole when it comes to making decisions.

the 2026 New Moon in Pisces: A Threshold Moment

There are moments in the cosmic rhythm when time itself seems to pause, and this New Moon at 28 degrees of Pisces, is one of those moments. It carries the feeling of a day outside of time—a liminal space where time seems to stand still. Rather than moving forward in a linear way, time feels suspended, as if we are being held within the space between endings and beginnings.

DO YOU FEEL THAT RESTLESS ENERGY?

This moment carries a quiet intensity. It may present as a subtle restlessness or a gentle stirring beneath the surface—a sense that something is shifting, even if it cannot yet be clearly defined. As Grandmother Moon reaches her New Moon exactness, she forms an exact sextile to Uranus: An innovative solution is beginning to emerge, and an opening becomes available. However, this opening does not arrive through effort or force. It arrives through release.

THE FINAL SURRENDER

There is something final that you are being asked to lay down—something that cannot be carried into what is coming next. This is not a moment of dramatic realization, nor is it a moment that can be resolved through analysis or effort. It is a moment of energetic surrender.

This surrender is not optional in the way we often imagine choice to be. It cannot be ignored, denied, bypassed or negotiated without consequence. You may attempt to push forward, but with Mars in Pisces, the energy required to sustain that effort is simply not available. What is available is the energy to soften, to release, and to let go.

At the center of this moment is a simple and honest acknowledgment: you cannot move forward while continuing to carry what is no longer aligned. This may take the form of a belief system, a way of navigating life, or a pattern of holding more than what is truly yours. Whatever its form, the underlying truth remains the same. The next level cannot be reached through force, pressure, or operating from anxiety and overwhelm. This liminal Pisces New Moon makes that reality unmistakably clear.

Mars in Pisces, reinforces this message. Rather than initiating action in its usual way, Mars is being redirected toward dissolution. Mars is telling us he needs us to unload, to toss some of those heavy bags overboard so we can make it through these Cosmic waters. 

This is where we find ourselves now: at a threshold. This is a point of passage that requires discernment, honesty, and intention. What you choose to carry forward matters, and equally, what you are willing to leave behind matters just as much.

The energy that follows this moment is powerful. Aries energy is already building, and with it comes the formation of a new chapter on the Aries Equinox. However, this next chapter is not entered through force or urgency. It is entered through alignment, and alignment requires spaciousness, softness and surrender.
