Reflections from my Soul Journal - DAY 3 of the Rainbow Bridge
Before I share about the Journey of Day 3 on the Rainbow Bridge, I’d like to share some reflections from where I’ve been - deep in the portal of Hummingbird Medicine teachings for my 16-week intensive that begins anew this month: The Soul Journey: A Shamanic Transformation to reveal your Soul Essence.
IMPORTANT ENERGY/ASTRO UPDATE - FREQUENCY SHIFT
From that place, I’d like to share a few reflections on the energy as I am feeling it.
A significant portal shift is underway and here is what I am feeling. :The energy is beginning to speed up again.
SOME PLANETARY CONTEXT
Since January we moved through an electrifying Aquarius season that included an Aquarius New Moon and Leo Full Moon that changed our energetic landscape.
Then the planets began to move into Pisces and the personal planets have been moving through Pisces (mutable water/ether). As a result, the shift from fixed air (Aquarius) to mutable water gave us a chance to breathe and integrate, and the energy became significantly less activating and disregulating for many reasons. However, now that Venus has moved into Aries, the energy begins to accelerate again.
ENERGY ALCHEMY & HUMMINGBIRD MEDICINE: RESILIENCE & PERCEPTION
During these kinds of energy shifts, things can change direction suddenly, and quickly.
This is where Hummingbird Medicine becomes important. The hummingbird teaches us something profound about resilience. It can be difficult for our human selves to adapt to so much change in such a short period of time. Because our world is being restructured at such an accelerated rate right now, it's only natural that we feel that we are experiencing more change than we can handle.
Resilience is not about pushing harder or forcing our way forward. It is about remaining present in the flow, trusting the flow, staying connected to the sweetness of life, and trusting that nourishment will appear along the path. Since life unfolds from within, the more we trust the Sacred Nourishment the more it appears.
Sister Hummingbird reminds us that so much of our life experience unfolds from our perception. Do we see a common weed on the ground or a stunning yellow flower on a majestic hillside?
The hummingbird reminds us that even during the longest migrations of life when the winds shift - support, beauty and grace will appear.

Can we maintain our center and build the new Earth in the midst of profound change and instability? Or will we become destabilized and distracted by the collapse of old systems?
The Rainbow Bridge Initiation is designed to help us remain grounded, clear, and purposeful so that we can embody the structures of a more conscious world.

From April 14–20, 2026, I invite you to join me in the powerful natural landscapes of Barahona, Dominican Republic for the Rainbow Bridge Spiritual Pilgrimage — a sacred journey into the crystalline waters, magical mountains, and Ancient Earth of this extraordinary region of this mystical Island.
Over these days, we will step away from the noise of everyday life and enter a space designed for grounding, reflection, and spiritual integration. Through guided practices, time in nature, and intentional ceremony, we will explore how to harmonize Heaven and Earth within the Higher Heart — learning how to remain centered, compassionate, and stable in the midst of a rapidly changing world. In the coming days, I am honored to share more with you about the journey I have been cultivating.
